Investing in Your SMILE Fine Dentistry Represents a Sound Investment Excellence in dentistry is best provided if you are able to choose from among your best options. We will first seek to understand our patients needs and values relative to health, and then share our philosophy of care and what is possible with today’s dentistry. Fee for Service Care As we render dental services to you, fees for these services are due at the time that the treatment is provided. We accept many forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, cash or checks. When treatment requires multiple visits, our treatment coordinator will review your treatment plan and estimate with you and discuss financial arrangements. Dental Insurance Many patients are fortunate to have dental insurance which may cover part of the cost of their dental treatment. Our staff will gladly submit insurance claims for you for your reimbursement. For larger treatment plans, our staff will be happy to submit a preauthorization for your treatment estimate to your dental insurance carrier, so that you can have an idea of what your actual costs will be for your care. An insurance pre-estimate is just that, an estimate and not a guarantee of reimbursement. Any balance remaining after insurance payment remains the sole responsibility of the patient. |
